One of our businesses is hosting web sites.  As with all ISP's, we cannot guarantee 0% downtime (Distributed Denial of Service --  DDoS -- is an inherent weakness of the servers in the Internet).  We do guarantee that the hosted sites' contents cannot be defaced, vandalized, or directly spiked/polluted with malware simply because the contents are read-only.  We cannot say the same with confidence for our own development sites because they are in constant flux.
