4) Rename the "php.ini-recommended" file to "php.ini" in the "PHP" folder.
Single click on the filename "php.ini-recommended" (A) inside the "PHP" folder, select "-recommended" (B), and press the [Delete] key to delete the selected letters so that the file will be renamed...
to "php.ini" (C).
(Note: An alternative to single clicking the "php-ini-recommended" file, you can right click the file (A) and select "Rename" to rename the file to "php.ini".)
You may need to press the [Esc] key on the keyboard after deleting "-recommended" to complete the file name change.

To get PHP up and running in the first place, we will be using
this php.ini "as is" without any modifications since it is
the recommended, secure, php.ini version.)
