All of us who love computers and computing have our own favorite tips and suggestions.  We are no exception and would like to share just a few that have been a big help through all these years. Trivial though these may be, we are sure that there are people out there who would welcome to know some of these.

Many pages contain large graphic images which may take loads of time to download.  Unless you have a broadband connection, you may not really want to wait that long (30 seconds to 1 minute over a 28.8Kb modem).
